    Ford B-Max – One of Best MPV’s Around?

    This is one of the latest additions to Ford’s already impressive range and might be the best five-seater MPV around. One of their biggest selling features is their easy access door system which provides occupants with a 1.5m wide opening. There are no pillars in the way so you can squash and squeeze whatever or whoever you want inside of this car.

    You can choose between 3 trim levels for the new Ford B-Max namely;

    Entry level – Tyre pressure monitor system, electronic stability programme, front, right, side, knee and curtain airbags.

    Mid level – 15” alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, fog lights, air-conditioning, leather trim steering wheel, heated windscreen, Bluetooth and DAB digital radio

    Titanium – gloss grille surrounds, auto headlights, rain sensing wipers. 16” alloy wheels, heated seats, stop/start button,  cruise control and climate control.

    The B-Max comes with some technologies that improve safety such as active stop which helps prevent collisions at low speed by braking automatically if a potential accident is detected. Ford SYNC is a clever system to control phone and music using only your voice so you never need to take eyes off the road.

    So what does this MPV hold under the hood? One of the options is the ground-breaking 1.0-litre Ecoboost engine that has the same power as a 1.6 but with much better efficiency. If this is not for you then you can always opt for the 1.4 or 1.6 petrol or 1.5 and 1.6 diesel. There is something for everyone and this is a great vehicle for a small family.
