Introducing the 2014 SRT Viper GTS Anodized Carbon Special Edition Package

Viper’s are known for their special editions and this is another example of exactly that. SRT has launched a new special edition of their Viper. Introducing the sinister looking 2014 Viper GTS Anodized Carbon Special Edition Package. Now that is what I call a mouthful but then again these are the guys who ran a competition to name their Blue colour and ended up calling it competition Blue. So what do you get with this edition? The most obvious is the matte metallic exterior which I think looks epic. Then you get the chrome five-spoke ‘Rattler’ design wheels, glossy finish for the GTS badge, carbon fuel cap, orange calipers and carbon brake ducts end of the exterior changes.

Inside the Viper gets Alcantara and Nappa leather trim with some orange stitching. Orange accents are also added to the door panel and lots of carbon populates the rest of the cabin. No changes have been made to the performance of the car but I think the 8.4-litre V10 pushing 640 horses is more than enough in my opinion. Production is limited to 50 units and the Chrysler Group will start building them in January.
