Set to make its public debut at the New York Auto Show on April 16, the brand spanking new BMW M4 Convertible shows its face in the official photo’s. It is quite possible one of the sexiest BMW convertibles I have ever seen! It obviously shares the same engine as the M3 sedan and M4 Coupe which is a 3.0litre turbocharged inline-six that pushes out 425 hp. If you choose the 7-speed M DCT transmission, the drop top will hit 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds and the three-section folding roof goes down in 20 seconds while moving at speeds up to 20 km/h. Pricing is not yet available for the convertible but we know it will be about R80k more than the Coupe which sits at R997 000. If I had this sort of money, I would order it immediately! I absolutely love it!
