Mean Lamborghini Huracan Superleggera Spied Testing – Reportedly Packing 650HP and 100KG Diet

We know that the Gallardo had many different variants and special editions so it comes as no surprise that the Huracan will follow suit. We have the Coupe, the Spyder, the RWD version and even a version inspired by the Italian air force. Well what is on it’s way is likely the most exciting version and it is known as the ‘Superleggera’ light weight machine.

These spy shots show the supercar thrashing it around the Nurburgring Nordschleife and even with the camo it looks a hell of a lot more angry than the ‘normal’ Huracan. That large rear wing, bigger air intakes in front of the rear fenders, the raised positioning of the tailpipes and the extra appendages on the front bumper really do turn it into something properly menacing! This version will likely get a power bump too and word on the street is a 50hp gain to hit the 650 horsepower mark. This car will be properly rapid and will very likely demolish the Aventador and even the SV in a drag race thanks to some serious weight loss (apparently 100kg).

Some sources indicate that it will only make an appearance at next year’s Geneva Motor Show but some are reporting that it could be as soon as October this year at the Paris Motor Show. Either way, we are certain that it will be worth the wait.
