Lamborghini Gallardo LP570-4 Squadra Corse… Surely It Is The Last Gallardo?

Just yesterday we saw the spy shots of a new limited edtion Gallardo but now we have the official images. It is the Gallardo LP570-4 Squadra Corse and yes I am quite confident that this is the last Gallardo variant that will be offered. No changes have been made to the mechanical’s which makes it the same as the Superleggera and the Super Trofeo. It gets a new carbon rear wing, quick release carbon hood (like the race car). This version has the new triangular front and rear bumpers which I still am not sure I like. It weighs 70kg less than the LP560-4 which allows it to hit 100km/h in 3.4 seconds. I really like the Italian striping down the side air intakes and the engine cover looks like something out of transformers!
