Bentley have lifted the covers off this very Grand concept called the Grand Convertible and although its purpose is to preview the next-generation Azure, it is being billed as the “ultimate expression of British automotive luxury” and the “most sophisticated open-top car ever created by Bentley”.

It is essentially a Mulsanne convertible (minus two doors) and the exterior paint colour is called Sequin Blue which looks beautiful. Inside the car you get diamond quilted leather seats, matching Sequin Blue stitching and of course, lots of wood trim. Power comes from a 6.75-litre V8 that pushes out 530 horsepower and a whopping 1100 Nm of torque. Although no specific numbers were released, Bentley did say that it will have “effortless performance to match its unparalleled style.”

“We are eagerly awaiting the response of our customers to this car. We will ensure that this car – if it reaches the roads – will be a highly exclusive, extremely limited collector’s piece.” -Bentley CEO Wolfgang Dürheimer
