We have seen the Jean-Pierre Wimille edition and now we see the 2nd legends model which pays tribute to Jean Bugatti, son of the company founder and creator of the legendary Type 57SC Atlantic. We should be seeing it at Frankfurt Motor Show (which starts tomorrow for the press) but will be limited to just 3 examples as before. “Jean Bugatti” is said to have been designed to “follow the concept of the Type 57SC Atlantic La Voiture Noire, as closely as possible”. This means we get the jet-black clear-coated carbon body and then it rides on black diamond-cut rims with the signature of Jean Bugatti etched onto the petrol cap. The interior has been outfitted in special leather in the same brown and beige that was inside the Type 57SC Atlantic. I think it looks brilliant but I prefer the Jean-Pierre Wimille edition so far between these 2. Can’t wait to see the next edition! For more pics have a look on the FB page here.
